Where It All Started
Park Consulting Group was built by professionals with firsthand experience inside local government as IT and Community Development staff — responsible for critical systems and day-to-day operations. This has only been made possible by the clients who trusted us to implement and modernize their permitting systems.
Our story starts with the City of Lake Forest successfully going live with EPL / EnerGov and then being the first-ever Tyler Tech Excellence Award for EPL / EnerGov. From there, Temecula, Ventura, and Newport Beach turned to us to deliver the same outcomes — to step in to sucessfully deliver and enhance their permitting systems.
